Sinopec SenMei (Fujian) Petroleum Company Limited is a joint venture of Sinopec, ExxonMobil China Petroleum & Petrochemical Company Limited and Saudi Aramco Sino Company Limited with equity ratio of 55%、22.5% and 22.5% with the registered capital of RMB 1.84 billion. Sinopec SenMei acquired business license on March 28, 2007 and started official operation on July 24, 2007.

Sinopec SenMei, with headquarter in Fuzhou, has 9 branch offices in 9 municipalities in Fujian Province. The company is mainly engaged in the wholesale, retail, storage, throughput and transport of the processed oil, lubricant and other petroleum products, operation of convenience stores of service stations, car washing, lubricant replacement, restaurant and other auxiliary services. Now Sinopec SenMei is operating about 1000 oil /gas service stations and 10 terminals and has about 10,000 people.
